Banco Pichincha is the leading banking institution in Ecuador and one of the most important banks in Latin America, which also has a large number of clients in Spain.
The institution had a difficult-to-use website, where users found it very complex to navigate and find the product/service they needed based on their requirements.
On my part, in collaboration with Torres Burriel on the UX part, I was in charge of defining the company’s Design System in Spain. Thanks to this tool, we built a much simpler-to-use website focused on capturing leads for the Bank’s subsequent conversion into customers.
