Portfolio

My featured projects

These are some of the featured projects I have had the opportunity to participate in over the past few years. If you would like to explore any of them in depth or see many more, feel free to get in touch.

Inditex

Person responsible for the Design Ops of Inditex's design team, composed of more than 85 Product Designers. My goal is for the team to work as efficiently as posible, thanks to the definition of processes and artifacts, so they cal deliver hight-quality work in the shortest possible time.

Lookiero

Following a successful funding round, the scale-up Lookiero took the leap and began operating in several key European markets that were crucial to the company’s expansion. For my part, I worked in several key squads, including Inventory, Warehouse, Transport, and Customer Service.

Euskaltel

This telecommunications company sought to unify the visual identity across its different business verticals, which had gradually become inconsistent over time. To address this, I was responsible both for defining the first version of the company’s Design System and for designing its main website.

Forum Sport

I participate in this CRO project, helping this sports equipment and apparel company improve the conversion rate of its ecommerce. We relied on quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback to identify opportunities and implement targeted improvements in key screens and flows.

Vitaldent

This dental company, with the largest number of clinics in Spain, sought to redesign its website to encourage online purchases of certain services and drive a higher number of bookings at its clinics. I was responsible for conceptualizing a highly modular and easy-to-use website.

Banco Pichincha España

I was responsible for designing the main website of this banking institution, one of the most important in Latin America and with a large number of clients in Spain, with the goal of simplifying the contracting of its services and helping customers locate the nearest branch.

Way of Working

Domain the process to break it

I’m convinced that following a work process is the best way to deal with uncertainty. Even so, I believe that what matters is the result, not the path. That’s why it’s important to know how to hack the process to achieve the best possible results in the shortest amount of time.

.01

Researching and understanding

I focus on fully understanding the problem and being able to connect it with the company’s needs. To do this, I conduct research both introspectively and externally.

.02

Ideating and prioritizing

The next step will be to devise a solution that addresses all the identified needs and expectations, prioritizing opportunities based on their ROI and scope.

.03

Conceptualizing and testing

With the prioritized roadmap, the next step will be to validate the solution hypothesis in the most effective way possible, ensuring that what we build delivers the highest ROI.

.04

Documenting and supporting

As a final step, document all the cases so that none remain unresolved and support the technical team in achieving the best possible implementation.
